This blog is a space to explore the patterns that often sit underneath anxiety, overthinking and burnout, alongside practical guidance on navigating therapy. Drawing on my work as a clinical psychologist in Brisbane, I share insights and information to help you better understand how and why certain thoughts, emotions and behaviours show up in your life.
