Please note, appointments after 5pm or on weekends will incur a $30 surcharge.

To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, a person must be referred by their GP and in some instances by another medical specialist. Speak to your GP about your eligibility to claim Medicare benefits and the best person to make your referral.

Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that hour is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can offer unused times to others who may be waiting, the following cancellation policy applies.
We ask for more than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation Fees

​​Less than 24 hours’ notice: $164.45 (half the session fee + GST)

Same-day cancellations or non-attendance: $328.90 (full session fee + GST)
Please note:
Cancellation fees apply to Medicare-rebated and privately paying clients.
They do not apply to DVA, Open Arms, or Defence-funded appointments, as these services follow separate funding arrangements.

Medicare does not rebate cancelled or missed appointments.

Please remember, a late cancellation affects three people:

The client, whose therapy progress is delayed,

Another client who has been on a wait list to see a psychologist urgently, and

The psychologist, who has spent time preparing for the session.
