Finding the right psychologist is essential for effective therapy. To make sure we are a good fit, every potential new client receives a complimentary 10–15 minute phone consultation. This is a no-obligation call where you can ask questions, and we can both decide if we're the right match to work together.
How to get started
​
1. Initial Enquiry Call (10-15 minutes): Contact me to schedule your or free enquiry call or book online. We’ll discuss what you're hoping to achieve and whether my approach is right for you.
2. Intake Process: If we agree we're a good match, I'll send you a link to a secure online intake form to complete before your first session.
3. First Session: Once your intake form is complete, you can book your first full session and begin your journey.
Booking appointments

Sessions: Therapy is for adults only (18 years and above) and is available in person or by Telehealth (secure video).
New Clients: Before booking your first full session, you'll need to complete a short intake process so we can make sure we're the right fit to work together. To begin, simply book your free enquiry call—it's a chance to connect and ask any questions you may have. If you have further queries before your intake session, please don't hesitate to call or email me.
Current Clients: You can book online using the booking system in the menu bar. You are also welcome to call or email to make an appointment.
