About

Sarah O’Flaherty is a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Connect the Dots Psychology, a boutique practice based in Brisbane. She works with thoughtful, capable individuals—often professionals, creatives, and high achievers—who want more than surface-level change. Many of her clients are used to functioning well outwardly, while privately navigating patterns of self-criticism, overwhelm, or emotional disconnection.

Sarah brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to her work. She is an EMDR Accredited Practitioner and integrates evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Schema Therapy, and experiential approaches. Her focus is on helping clients understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships—so change feels meaningful, not just manageable.

Alongside her clinical work, Sarah is a Board Approved Supervisor and enjoys supporting other psychologists to grow in confidence, clarity, and clinical depth. She is particularly drawn to reflective, relational supervision that balances insight with practical development.

Sarah is known for creating a space that feels both professional and genuinely human—where serious work can happen, without losing a sense of ease. Her work is grounded in authenticity, clarity, and empowerment, helping clients move toward a more aligned and self-supportive way of living.
