Because I’m trained in a range of modalities, we’ll choose what best fits your needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all path.

In our work together, I often use experiential approaches, ways of working that go beyond talking alone. This means we focus not only on your thoughts, but also on your emotions and your lived, somatic experiences. At times, I may also share practical strategies if they feel relevant and supportive. Everything we do is collaborative, so together we can find the approach that helps you create the most meaningful change.
