Home: Welcome

I help leaders, creatives, and professionals who know something needs to change, but aren’t sure what or how. Together, I’ll work with you to uncover what’s holding you back so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Background

From a career in advertising to clinical psychology, my path has been anything but traditional — and that’s why it works.

After two decades in senior leadership roles, including General Manager positions and international work with Saatchi & Saatchi in Thailand, I realised professional success wasn’t enough; the work also had to be meaningful. I retrained extensively to become a Clinical Psychologist and now bring together two worlds: insight into high-pressure careers and expertise in evidence-based therapy.

Credentials & Experience

  • Clinical Psychologist: Advanced postgraduate training plus two-year registrar program.

  • EMDR Accredited Practitioner: Evidence-based therapy for trauma and more.

  • Board-Approved Supervisor: Supporting psychologists and clinical registrars.

  • Committed to Ongoing Learning: Continuous development through training and supervision.

A Different Kind of Therapist

  • Real-world business understanding.

  • Works with motivated, insightful clients.

  • Builds rapport and trust quickly.

In my downtime, I love to travel, read, connect with good friends, and enjoy watching movies.

Did you know? I'm a recipient of the 2025 Brisbane Lord Mayor's Women in Business Grant, which aims to empower women entrepreneurs, helping them strengthen their businesses and expand their impact.

My Qualifications

I received my Master of Clinical Psychology degree from Griffith University in 2018. I am a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPI), the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA), and the Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy Association (AEDP).

I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in conjunction with the Psychology Board of Australia and hold an area of practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology. I enjoy being involved in the development of the profession and was a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists Queensland Committee for more than two years.

I am an EMDR Accredited Practitioner. This means I am a member of EMDRAA and have met additional requirements of supervision and experience.

Additionally, I am a STAP-accredited Supervisor (Psychology Board of Australia approved), and am available to supervise Clinical Psychology Registrars, Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists, and other Mental Health Professionals.

Before I became a psychologist I worked for nearly twenty years in the fast-paced world of corporate advertising, including agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and DDB. For five of those years, I fulfilled a General Manager role, running two different businesses. I understand the challenges of working in high-pressure workplaces and managing people.

During this time I worked all around the world helping organisations and people succeed. Working and living overseas and interacting with people from many different cultures and backgrounds has helped me to understand different perspectives and the wide-ranging views we all have of the world. I like to stay connected to my creative roots and have written three books:
